I have sensitive skin - what’s in my jewelry?

At JewelMemo, we take precaution to ensure our precious gifts won’t irritate you or the receiver. Our jewelry is made of steel, and 100% nickel free.

Some products have a Gold finish option. 14K products are plated with Rhodium, while 18K products are plated with real 18K yellow gold. We use a high quality electroplating process that means it doesn't rub or flake away easily. 

How do I take care of my jewelry?

  • It's fine to get our jewelry wet! Wear it in the shower or while swimming, just make sure to dry it afterwards!
  • If the item becomes dirty or tarnishes in some way, clean it using plain soap and water - drying with a soft cloth.
  • Before storing the item, make sure it's fully dry and is not stored in a moist environment. 
  • When storing, avoid storing it mixed amongst other jewelry, as the tarnish on those pieces may spread and damage the item. Store your jewelry in a cloth bag or by hanging it up for protection when you’re not showing it off to the world.
  • While wearing, avoid exposure to chemicals (including cleaning agents), and avoid wearing in environments where the item may be knocked

 ORDERING

I want to make some changes on my order. What should I do?
Don't panic. Email support@jewelmemo.com immediately and tell us the modifications in your order. Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, any modifications can only be done within 12 hours after you have placed an order. After that, you can no longer make changes to the order as our system will automatically forward the order to the production process.  Please ensure to double check upon purchase.

Can I cancel my order?

Please reach out support@jewelmemo.com  to inquire about your order updates. We aren’t currently able to accept cancellations. You won’t regret it as we will ensure your receiver will be delighted😊

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Is it possible to ship the order directly to the receiver?
Yes, absolutely! Just put the recipient’s name and address on the shipping details at checkout. For this reason, we do not include paper receipts in our orders. All order confirmation are sent through email, so make sure to use your own email.

How long after ordering is my order shipped and delivered?
We strive to process your orders as soon as it is placed. We typically ship all orders within 2-5 business days. If you select Express shipping at checkout, we aim to ship your order within 2 business days.

Once we ship your order, you'll get an email or SMS notification with the tracking link.

How can I check the status of my order?
Email us at support@jewelmemo.com for your order status and our friendly representatives will gladly assist you! You can also follow the link in your email confirmation for delivery updates.

Do you ship outside of the USA?
Yes, absolutely! We ship worldwide and shipping costs are calculated at checkout

Duties, Tax and Charges 
Custom Duties, Tax and Charges are not included in our base price. This is a shopper’s responsibility as each country has different Custom Duties and Laws of Taxation.

 

REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
At JewelMemo, we care deeply not only about the quality of our jewelry, but the quality of experience it brings you and your loved ones. If your order does arrive damaged, contact us at support@jewelmemo.com and we will make it right.

Do you accept returns and exchanges?
Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at support@jewelmemo.com and we'll make it right for you.

 

PAYMENTS AND PRICES

What payment options do you have?
We offer secure payment options such us credit cards, PayPal and stripe payments.

How do I know how much it would cost me in my own country’s currency?
We provide a currency converter on our website (see menu options at the header), if your currency is not there, you can always use google currency converter for an estimated amount. You will be charged the USD equivalent upon checkout.
